Despite a small footprint, the BETACAP range of encapsulation machines deliver much fast production speeds and capacities. They have all been constructed to the highest cGMP standards. The BETACAP48 is able to fill pellets (up to 36,000 capsules per hour) and powder (up to 48,000 capsules per hour) – using the optional attachment – all with a very high degree of accuracy. Manufactured to the highest standards and compliant with current GMP and CE standards, BETACAP is compact and is manufactured to a very high standard of construction. Its transmission system is steady and reliable, and helps keep operating noise to a minimum – a real benefit in small production areas.

PLC Control

BETACAP machines all feature a fully automatic control system together with user-friendly touch screen HMI, making them easy to operate. They use an industrial PLC and all CE standard components to control the entire machine. Operator Access Two large top-hinged doors swing up and open for complete access to all areas of the filling zone allowing easy cleaning and maintenance.

The DELTACAP series of encapsulation machines deliver faster production speeds and capacities. The DELTACAP210 is able to fill pellets (up to 136,000 capsules per hour) and powder (up to 210,000 capsules per hour) – using the optional attachment – all with a very high degree of accuracy. Manufactured to the highest standards and compliant with current GMP and CE standards, DELTACAP machines feature a cantilever-type touch screen control panel, allowing accurate dosage adjustments.

SIGMACAP is the top level in the AVE Technologies encapsulation series. It has an 8 station capsule turntable suitable for high capacity production of multiple types of products. It has a highly reliable and robust transmission system. It is able to fill pellets (up to 205,000 capsules per hour) and powder (up to 270,000 capsules per hour) – using the optional attachment – all with a very high degree of accuracy. Manufactured to the highest standards and compliant with current GMP and CE standards, SIGMACAP features a cantilever-type touch screen control panel, allowing accurate dosage adjustments.

HORIZONTAL CAPSULE POLISHER

Ancillary Equipment

The AVE Capsule Polisher is designed to clean and polish filled capsules through vacuum, rotary brushing and dust extraction It can handle a wide range of capsule sizes and throughputs.

It comprises an all stainless steel (316L) housing with GMP approved contact parts. Dismantling and removal of the cleaning brush is quick and simple for ease of cleaning. Fitted with an empty capsule sorter which removes unfilled shell prior to the inlet of the polisher. The product inlet and outlet positions can be adjusted to suit the capsule discharge height. Mounted on a stand with anti-vibration mounts.
